Welcome to Canned by Waterley. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at cannedbywaterley.online, and your purchase of our live-pressed, cold-sealed beverages physically or via WhatsApp.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. Products and Pricing

• Live-Pressed Nature: Our products are crafted live using 100% natural, fresh fruits. Due to the natural variance in fruit seasonality, colors, tastes, and textures may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is a hallmark of natural authenticity, not a defect.
• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of a product.
• Availability: Certain seasonal fruits (e.g., Falsa, Sindhri Mango) are strictly subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer or discontinue them entirely.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

All digital orders are placed via WhatsApp. By tapping "Order," you initiate a conversation with our team. An order is only considered finalized once confirmed by our staff in the chat.

Fulfillment at Dolmen Mall: Our primary mode of fulfillment is on-site pickup at our Dolmen Mall, Lahore location, where you can watch your drink being live-pressed and sealed in 60 seconds.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that the information on this site is complete, accurate, and current, we do not warrant that all product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. The beautiful 3D renders on our website are conceptual designs meant to represent our packaging and vibrancy.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Canned by Waterley" name, the "Waterley" brand, logos, visual designs, imagery, and the unique concept of live cold-sealing fruit juices into aluminium cans are the exclusive intellectual property of the founders, Malik Qasim and Hasnain Haider. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or exploiting any portion of our brand without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Canned by Waterley, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our services or products, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
